Drive will do what they have told you they will do. If you put all your eggs in their basket, they will probably end up hurting you. To use them for a portion of the book that they are competitive for is only smart as they have 35,000 other agents that will place your client there is you do not.. Therefore, use them wisely. As for 14%, it will come down and 10% will go up if Drive wants decent business to continue to be written with them. Cancels after 60 days are solicited but the producer could not get it back, so, have you lost anything? Is it ethical? Good question.

If I could grow like Progressive, I might err on the side of slighly unethical as well...
