I don't ride motorcycles, but I ride my bicycle plenty. Everyone should be required to wear helmets while riding. I've been in 2 bicycle wrecks in the last 7 years where the helmet saved my head. A person blew a stop sign and I went over their hood and hit my helmeted head on the pavement. Had I not worn a helmet, then the rock that lodged in my helmet would have punctured my skull. People that don't wear helments are idiots, in my opinion. Oh yeah - and last fall while out doing property inspections, I saw a guy lose his life when a geriatric pulled out in front of his hog.
