I was once under the impresion that the BWC of Ohio was formed for the worker and mabey it was in the begining, Today it is the pocket book for the Officials to use for personal use. Being a mutiple amputee at the fault of the company I find myself amazed at how long the worker has been tricked into thinking the BWC is for them. I returned to work in the late70s and recently was forced into retiring due to the accident. Now I find out that I must accept the original rate of $70.49 a week. There is No Reward for trying to do right built into the BWC but if your a Official you can comit Illegal Activity and the worse can happen is Full Retirement at todays Rate like Mr. Stebbins done in the 70s
