Cops have an average High School GPA of 1.4 and rarely go to a postsecondary institution for higher learning. Even then they major in "criminal justice" - a degree area that the top universities never offer because it is not considered academic. I say we make these cops go to college for philosophy or history or a liberal arts area that provides an education and some much needed common sense.
