Being I live the same community where this lady is protesting (Valparaiso), I know first-hand of how distracting they are to motorist driving near the Courthouse Square.

Yes, you have a right to Free Speech, but this group of radicals are outrageous in their behavior. The funny thing is that I doubt any of them have full-time jobs because they are out there on a regular basis. Likely off-springs to those who protested the Vietnam War.

As for the real question, I doubt very seriously the Personal Liability portion of the homeowners policy would extend coverage to an insured protesting like they are. An excellent question for the coverage guru's of personal insurance.
