I agree. Dummies. Certainly the criminals were dummies, but the courts and prosecutors are the bigger dummies. When insurance fraud is punished with a slap on the hand, it opens the flood gates for thousands of others who are looking to make a buck at the expense of you, me, and our premium paying loved ones. Throw them in jail.
