The cost of printing and mailing 1760 copies of a 125-page list of personal information is penalty enough for the printer. The client is supposed to "sign-off" on the sheets they want printed. If they didn't catch this error that is appalling. It is amazing the pressman, press room foreman, bindery operator and bindery foreman failed to take note of the error but the good news...None of the former employees of the Chicago Public School system have any excuse for not sending Christmas cards to their former colleagues.
