FOR A YEAR NOW I HAVE BEEN CALLING UNITED HEALTH CARE CLAIMS DEP. EVERTIME I CALL I GET SOMEONE DIFFERENT,I WAS IN A BAD CAR ACCIDENT ON 6/17/06. AT THE TIME I HAD 2 INSURENCE'S, BLUECROSS WAS PRIMARY AND UHC. WAS SECOUNDARY, I HAVE OUTSTANDING BILLS THAT I CAN'T GET PAID,I CAN'T EVEN SETTLE WITH THE PERSONS INS. THAT CAUSED THE ACCIDENT, I HAVE A LEAN AGAINST ME , I'M STILL GOING TO DR. FOR ONGOING PROBLEMS DUE TO THE ACCIDENT, DUE TO UHC! EVERY TIME I CALL I GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER IN WHAT TO DO ABOUT UNPAID CLAIMS!I CAN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER , I DO WHAT THEY TELL ME, I FAX EOB'S TO THEM THAT THEY CLAIM IN THE PAST YR. THAT THEY HAVEN'T GOT,I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO! THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT EXCUSE EVERYTIME I CALL, I COULD LIST THEM, BUT THE LIST IS TO LONG! I'M VERY FRUSTRATED! I SHOULD HAVE KEPT B/C INS. I HAD NO TROUBLE W/THEM! PLEASE HELP, LET ME KNOW WHAT ELSE I CAN DO!
