Farmers Agent structure is a close to a pyramid scheme as I've ever seen, except the top of the pyramid never changes.

What a scam, a load of crap; Farmers ALREADY has more agents than any other company in Ohio; their busines model is to sell life insurance, burn through agents and keep profits in the managers/state office pocket. How do they expect to hang with State Farm and their more stable agency sctucture?
