I love Starbucks retail model and they do take care of there partners. Farmers on the other hand is exactly how (Val Alexandrov) describe...One big pyramid.
Farmers is so Amway,Herballife, most of their agents are so sucked in. Its a shame to think those hard working folks are gone within 21/2 years, what a waste.
