We changed insurance companies since then, but I have unpaid claims from Jan and March of 2007. I have repeatedly called and sent in the correct paperwork, but they keep rejecting to pay for a different reason each time. It is about $550 total. My doctor has been very patient about letting it try and resolve. Very frustrating though...I paid all my premiums on time!
