I agree with you Too Bad. Criminals should have no right to sue and no rights at all. If they didn't murder, rape or assult someone they wouldn't be in jail allegedly being exposed to asbestos. Sorry to say but IF these criminals were exposed to asbestos, they would not have any symptoms for, at least, 20 years. These allegations are so bogus. I'd bet anyone the attorney faked a test results.
