Attention...All Independent Agents...You shouldn't represent Encompass. They're owned by Allstate and as a result directly compete against you. They take the profits independent agents produce for them and spend ten of millions dollars advertising for Allstate. When is the last time you saw an Encompass advertisement. They also pay rock bottom commissions! If you're an independent agency you need to represent carriers who only distribution source is independent agencies. I personally believe regional carriers are the future!
