Why not opt out of the Flood program if you can rejoin in six months after a Disaster is declared and claim past losses? Talk about adverse selection. Maybe the Federal Government should run all types of insurance coverages because I want to be able to NOT pay for insurance until I need it. Especially auto insurance as it's very high out here in Arizona. I'd rather purchase it after I get in an accident and then file past claims. Give me a Break!
