So witnesses saw two "suspicious males" in the building and did nothing. Brilliant! These are young adults living on a decent campus of a very highly rated university. They didn't report two "suspicious males"? Maybe they don't belong in college if they lacked the capacity to recognize these two "suspicious males" didn't belong there. Campus security and awareness has been a prominent, well communicated theme across the country so there's no excuse for thir inaction. "What if" the fire turned tragic? The witnesses failure to act responsibly could have doomed the lives of innocent people.
