Kudos to the pin-headed judge who allowed this to occur. He just sent a message to every moron in the state that the state of Iowa isn't really serious about holding anyone accountable or punishing criminal acts. Millions of dollars paid by taxpayers go to pay for damages because of a "harmless prank" isn't funny. It would be appropriate for these idiots to at least receives some "street justice" in the form of a severe beating.
