Let's see now. The police tell you your permit is expired and you should leave the area. Apparently, some of Kelly's co-horts and possibly Kelly decided otherwise, after all, he was carrying the lead banner. Now he wants money for his machismo act of stupidity. Most of the country is opposed to the Iraq "war" so Mick wasn't the harbinger of anything new. Apparently there isn't much else to do in Minneapolis at night. Mick should have found another, perhaps more effective way to voice his personal opinion.
