Dude, Do you have liability insurance on your auto? Assuming so, is that a moral hazard because you are more likely to run over someone? Because your doctor carries malpractice insurance, is he more likely to commit malpractice?

You're not really a knowledgeable insurance person, are you?

By the way, any judge with integrity would dismiss this lawsuit, but that's probably not going to happen!
