I believe this is the guy who in response to his college being unable to controll under age drinking led the charge to recruit 100 colleges to ask the legislatures to lower the legal drinking age to 18. Novel idea eh! Perhaps Grange will become a market for those with MVR's showing under age drinking violations. Hopefully his philosophy in this area is able to de diluted by the remaining board members.
