The collapse of America continues. How does a piece of human garbage like this who screwed the old folks and pocketed "tens of thousands of dollars" get off with 30-days and no restitution, and keeps his $375,000 home? In Kansas that's a freaking mansion. The bankruptcy laws in this country are a joke. So are the judges who administer it. You don't steal from someone and end up profiting from you actions. I'm going to call Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson) and see if we can get some justice.
