This seems like one of the best decisions involving asbestos exposure cases. Get rid of the people who are suing simply because they had exposure to asbestos and concentrate on the claimants who have a valid injury from such exposure.
Seems strange to see a court come out with what appears to be a reasonable and well thought out decision that will benefit those who need the courts, not just the money-grubbling lawyers who sue for simple exposure and the folks that figure they will get a big piece of the pie because of simple exposure.
