Brooke was a Ponzi scheme from the beginning. As long as interest rates were low and anyone with a pulse could get a loan it becomes a perfect storm for fraud!

I started two agencies over the years without any franchise fees and it was hard to make it successful. Even with great appointments it was a struggle. I could not imagine paying $165,000 for a Brooke franchise. Brooke has no name recognition locally or nationally and never did anything to improve the brand recognition. They only wanted to churn agencies and collect the new fees.
