I'm still trying to figure out HOW these exams are discriminatory-Are all over 40 year old fire fighter stupid? Are these exams written in ebonics or teenage texting language? This is like one of those riddles on the standard IQ test - you know where they want to know if Mary and Jane are the same height and Flo is 4 inches taller than Mary, how tall is Cindy ? Can I have 2 million dollars if I get the right answer?
