? what? if everytime someone claims to make a statement that they are going to kill someone in the prison, we have to seclude either the soon-to-be victim or the perpetrator? all this is going to do is make everyone have a room to theirselves. you can't keep them from being together while in the yard during outdoors time. so what made this case so that it had to be settled out of court? what was the prison system hiding? something does not sound correctly.
