So now the trial lawyers are getting people to file lawsuits because a home does not stand up to a tornado? If they succeed, look for builders to quit building in the Midwest.

I saw where a tornado pulled a portion of highway out of the ground near Jarrell, Texas and it was brutal to the houses. We can build homes to mitigate the effect of a tornado, but there is no way to make them totally resistant, unless we make them all underground bunkers.
