"The property was not constructed ... in compliance with applicable building laws, codes, ordinances, regulations or in accordance with industry standards," the suit says.
It is noted that this is the only house in this particular neighborhood that was moved off its foundation and it is the only one in the neighborhood built by Monarch Homes.
However, given how fickle a tornado can be, I think they will have a tough time winning this one.
