Subject: What Smart States Should Do -----
A smart state should encourage Wisconsin to be a leader of such legislation. For example, Wisconsin should adopt all the laws of California, New York, and Michigan. Fine examples of what good, caring legislation can do to a states economy.
Then smart companies will move to smart states.
