Got to agree with everyone. Here is what was reported in the Detroit News.

"Gov. Jennifer Granholm joined representatives of the Los Angeles-based insurer Tuesday to announce the project.

The announcement was made moments after state officials granted $62 million in tax incentives for the project over 18 years."

She got her name in the paper and Farmers got one heck of a great deal.

While Grand Rapids may have the lake effect lousy winters, the folks there are one heck of a lot friendlier and the attitude is so much better than that of southeast Michigan. Besides that , they want to work, want to change with the times and all around are much more adaptable.

Thank you Arnold and the folks from CA.
