Usaully I'm not for more government interference, but Wisconsin is on the right track. Persoanlly I'm tired of people saying they can't afford $10-20 extra for their car insurance when most of them have the resources for other things THEY want - ie: ballgame/concert tickets, cable tv,etc. Crack down on the irresponsible (lower limits AND unisured)!! Yes, I can remember being brk (couldn't afford the vowels!!)
