How does the restitution figure of $97,136 divided among 24 victims make them whole when this guy took over $400k and lived the life of Riley? Forget the "periodic imprisonment," throw this dude under the jail for a term equal to the duration of his fraud scheme...

Oh, wait...that would be too logical and just. What was I thinking?
