Wow, Get Real got out of wrong side of the bed and ate is Grouchio's today. I have been in the insurance business for 15 years and still love coming to work. I look at the problem accounts as challenges. Sure, there are days when you hate the clients and underwriters, but I think insurance is very challenging and rewarding if you are willing to put forth some effort. I would recommend to all college students to take an insurance course. I originally was going to be a CPA but decided it was too boring. I got into the insurance field by accident but I am happy I am in it now. There are always going to be some people who hate their jobs no matter what they are doing. I have seen some like that come and go from our office. You soon realize that these people are just miserable no matter where they go to work. Too bad for them. I would hate to get up everyday thinking how horrible it is going to be.
