I can't say how happy I am to see Mr Feinstein leave this company. After 16yrs in the business I have also seen many changes and challenges, and as a independant business owner (or at least they say we are) its amazing to see how the management team of Mr. Feinstien and he want to be have devestated this company with the decisions they have continued to make.

They always talk about PIF and agency growth, but the fact is we loose so many clients due to the rating practice's, but they always seem to come up with a reason for our rates.

I would ask Mr. Feinstein to explain why other companies can write business in the manner they do with there rates, yet our rates are always 30-50% higher. You can have all the marketing tools you want, but when some one sits down in your office and see's that we are 50% higher why would they switch companies ? because of our cliams team ? give me a break.

The bottom line is that we are happy to see you leave Mr. Feinstein and I can only hope that your replacement can get this company back were we belong, and thats not as the fith largest auto insurance in California (I wonder why this happened? agents ? I think not)
