This response is so typical, weather a long time established agents decides to sit on his wallet is up to him, after all he wrote the business and since he is a independant business owner isnt that his right?.

Should you not look at who is recruiting agents ?, and dont you think we could write a whole lot of business if we had a product that was priced within 25% of the rest of the companies ?.

Its remarks like yours that have put such a gap between agents and management, after all I cant remember the last time a company representative spoke to any of my clients when they were calling to say after 20yrs I can aford you, or that we lost our realistate referrels because of our rates, not to mention the saleried company representative dont loose income when when clients cancel, its the agents that do.

And lastly, after sixteen years I am not a agent who sits on my wallet, I have actually grown every year with about 3000 PIF, however that could have been over 4000 had our rates been more in line.
