Subject: Best news yet
Do you really think the majority of agents sit back and relax ? the blame lies with the company period and most agents feel this way, but as usual management just doesnt see it like other management from other companies.
All I can say is if you want growth look in the mirror and ask your why all theses clients are leaving and place the % as follows
I left the company beacuase
1. Mad at agents
2. Rates/ Company discisions
3. Claims
And why not do a internal survey and ask all employees company wide to fill out a form (No name required) asking them to yes or no weather they place there own insurance with farmers, I think the out come may be surprising
