Subject: RE: Zack Misses The Point
The old timers need to be left alone. They deserve it. They built the company. We are all greatful for their service.
Now some reality:
Corporate is getting squeezed for profits. Their distribution system is being questioned. The average age of the farmers agent is around 50. These are the old timers. The ones we are leaving alone.
When some suit is analyzing and crunching numbers in Switzerland, they are saying our system does not work.
The DMs, DMMS, State Execs, etc, all have incetives to help agents win. If the distribution model is taken away, then these employees on "cushy" salaries don't have jobs. What's worse is that these are field guys. They would go nuts in the office. They are not office people. Belive me, those guys in teh state office care more about the agents then they do with the people in the offices. To a man, they will all say the people in the offices don't understand the field.
Times are changing... The old timers are just a casualty of the times. There is nothing you and I could do about that...
