Go back and read my previous comments:
I said there are people questioning the disribution system.. I didn't say Farmers was. I belive in the disribution system, but some things have to chage.. ie. performance of the distribution force.

You say to get rid of the upper managment. Could you imagine what would happen if we sent troops into battle without leadership? There are a lot of things those "layers" do that you have no clue about. Having been on both sides, Agent and company, I can tell you that there is a lot one doesn't know about the other. To get rid of managment is foolish. Besides, the existence of those "layers" don't cause your premiums to go up.

Here is the bottom line.
These old timers came in to the business being told if they worked hard for the first few years, they didnt' have to work much harder after that.

You feel misled. And that is your problem. You can't let go of it, and you keep dancing around the issues.

Yes, your auto product isn't competitive...So go sell something else, you only have like 60 other products you can market...

You've spent the last 2 hours writing on this message board... I think you could have gone out and done something more productive than just compalin..
