I agree with you on most of the points. However. everyone knows it is harder to get an old client to come back to you than it is to get new ones. As a consumer, if a company is priced to high on one product I am going to assume that they are priced to high on everything else and not bother to let them quote because I would feel it is a waste of time.

I guess my point being, you as a company need to work harder to keep ypour existing clients because it harder to bring them back when they leave. You lose some trust. And thats harder to win back than even price.

I agree that if your not happy with what your selling than find something that you are happy with and sell the hell out of it.

If you don't believe in your product or company you will never be a sucess. And that is what I think John is trying to get across more than anything is that the agents have lost faith in the company. And I know from my own clients that he is not alone.

As a company however, shouldn't you try to get some of that faith back, and as agents shouldn't you try to meet the compoany at least half way. It sounds like both sides have alot of work to do and the sad part is that the we as consumers lose until you guys get it all together.
