After being referred top this site and reading the responses it unbelievable

You can not tell me that DMMS and state guys do not have set monthly saleries, they may have bonuses and profit sharing. If you are saying that Management is paid solely on PIF then you my friend must think we are stupid. The last time I check Mr Feinstein was paid approximately $2million per year, and he was not paid that because of PIF growth.

I also cant seem to understand why you appear to be upset, isnt is good to share ideas and thoughts with the people who deal directly with the clients ? dont you want to hear what people are saying ? Oh, I forgot the policy holders have no say as we are going to be the first company to alsways raise our rates, but the last to figure out a way to discount the clients that deserve it the most, and those are the ones that have no claims and every company wants. Raising rates is not the answer, although Farmers thinks it is and know look we are the fith largest auto writer in California. Reward the clients that dont cause the problems, and surcharge the clients with multiple cliams, give long time clients the respect they deserve and dont wack there rates when they have one claim in 20yrs.

Zack it appears that you are the only once speaking for management, is there any othere upper management that feels like speaking out ?
