Enough already with the cry babies who want to bash Marty and the changes we faced during his leadership. I live in a house I never dreamed of and in a community I never imagined with friends I never felt so lucky to be a part of. It's because of the leadership, courage and tough decisions we're enjoying such a wonderful livelhood.

Most of you can't picture what life would be like without Mother Farmers and it's not pretty. When I close my eyes I see an exciting career, friends and business partners that care about me, my agents and my family. We all dream about a better life, but very few recognize and make use of the gifts this management team has given us. If some can be so successful why then can't we all?

The problem is most of the ney sayers just shrug their shoulders about unfulfilled dreams and tell themselves the next year will be different. That is what I call "pleasing method" thinking and not "pleasing results" thinking.

I don't have one agent making less money now than when Marty became our leader and to have somone I admire very much taking over like Paul is like a dream come true. We all just have to adapt to change, embrace it and move forward.

I know with Mother Farmers we all can be the 5% of the people who truly get what they want out of life and not the 95% who get whats left over.

I for one am on the Paul Hopkins team. I hope the rest of your will jump on the train because you're either on the way or you're in the way. We all need to be on the way.

True beleiver here!
