Subject: RE: Marty and Paul
We have to understand that if we want to grow and write the profitable business we have to be in the game, after all when rates go up all we do is chase away the cream and keep the crap that keeps having the claims.
if we are to grow our auto and home business as well as the financial side we must have a competitive (Not The Cheapest) product because in todays world its too easy for people to get coverage online cheaper, but they will stay with you if you are in the ball park.
I too am living in a home that I never dreamed about and have done thisngs I never thought of, but its not because of Farmers, its because of my hard work, not the DM, DMM's or Mr Feinsteins, and its beacuse of my hard work and relationships that I have been able to maintain my PIF, even though I had 240 policies cancel in 2004, but I wrote 350 policies, so I am marketing and doing what the company expects, but I shouldnt be loosing this many policies.
And lastly, we have to pull together as a agency force and speak up, let the company know whats going on, but do it in a positive way so that Farmers management can partner with us to get us back were we belong, THE PREMIER COMPANY.
