Hey, Elliott Spitzer - get real. You can prosecute the industry but you can't adequately prosecute this case of fraud. You are a disgrace. If you are elected governor of NY, the people there are dumber than we all think (who else would elect someone who never lived in their state as senator?), but....oh, this poor guy is blind in one eye. We have to show compassion. Fraud is fraud. When are we going to make people responsible for their actions? Obviously, not in NY.
