And what about the Drs that testified to this man's injury? Every time? As someone that works in the insurance industry, I fear that this is not an isolated act. As long as the punishments are so lenient, why not go for the gold. I am in Work Comp, and it is not unusual to see an injury perceived as a stoke of luck. Get well? Why? The bigger the injury,or more exaggerated the disability, the more you get.
