Wow. This is a big deal. All that garbage about children being exposed to lead because of the paint turns out to be wrong. Everything that the cities, public health authorities, paint manufacturers and insurers did appears to have been wasted. All along the cause of this tragedy was the soil that the children played in.

With this study, we may actually get public action that can effectively deal with this problem rather than chasing goblems the way we did in the past.
