Subject: Rates had gotten pretty horrible
Totally amazing, the way some insureds had to totally walk away from renewing any coverage at all due to the blood curdling rate increases we were seeing there for a while on some of the tougher classes. Some of those insureds ended up having to throw in the towel entirely. Lousy shame...
