Basically I think that nowdays we are witness to an extraordinary craziness in the real estate market. This is a bad sign for the upcoming slowdown,maybe crash in some parts of the country. Predatory lending is taking it's toll already. The market is saturated with all kind of specialists, promising you quick profits and fortunes. Recently I have the chance to use the services and resources of Homeowners Advocacy Group, through their web site homeadvocacy.com, which was quite a good experience. Nothing flashy,neither giving empty promises. Getting straight to the point is what makes business succesfull.
