RICO Act and Monopolistic Power are pretty right on. I think a complete disintegration of Marsh would serve the industry well. Certainly open up other opportunities for regional brokers who get fenced out because of Marsh' size and power. There needs to be a better distribution of revenues and opporunities for the insurance industry as a whole.
