Google has complied by removing AutoandHome from the Sponsored Link that had been using Response's trademarked name. Although they have removed the infringing advertisement, the search term is unchanged. Our problem was with AutoandHome for the misleading use of our name, and apparently, the names of numerous other auto insurers. We saw this as not only a trademark infringement, but an anti-consumer tactic that serves only to mislead the public. We hope that the others who have been similarly victimized, including Allstate, State Farm, Liberty Mutual, The Hartford, Safeco, Amica, Erie, Nationwide, and Travelers, take appropriate action.
