Is this the same prepaid legal that has been sued in numerous states for misleading consumers, or the one that makes most of its money from MML sales rep fees and customer churn? I forget.

I was a victim of identity theft, and got real help quickly from a company called relydata (www.relydata.com) that acted quickly and professionaly. It was a lot better value than what is being described by PPL and Kroll. Let me guess, you are independant reps for that service.
