Many reputable companies have been sued in our litigious society, Wal-Mart for instance. And they typically lose the case not because they broke the law but the juries believe "big corporations" should pay. Not all mlms are bad, real estate, car dealers, and most sales are based on some form of mlm payout. Insurance companies make money on recurring fees from their customers, is it wrong to make money on a monthly basis for services rendered?
