Models are just that...and they constantly need tweaking to reflect real world dynamics; however, the REITs' representative claims we need TRIA because have no cat models, which is neither a true, nor an accurate representation of the insurance industry issues concerning TRIA. It rings the bell of alarmist rhetoric.
